At Gebhart Concierge and Consult, our primary focus is providing quality, affordable, convenient care to our patients without the hassle. Family Concierge Care is a patient care model that eliminates the hassle of insurance, including the complex and costly billing system, in order to provide high-quality care for a low membership fee. The idea is simple: the patient pays a monthly membership fee in exchange for direct, unlimited access to Dr. Gebhart, as well as variety of membership benefits and included services. Cutting out the middle man, allows Dr. Gebhart to focus on you, the patient. If you have questions about how concierge care works, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Membership Pricing
In addition to quality patient care, our commitment to Gebhart Concierge and Care members is pricing transparency. Our members won't be blindsided with unexpected medical bills. That means no co-pays and no extra charges for common medical procedures. The membership fee is based on the age of the patient. Enroll now and start enjoying the benefits today. One Executive Physical per year is included to patients 35 and up; one general physical is included per year to patients under 35.

Rick Gebhart, DO
About
Dr. Gebhart
Rick Gebhart, DO is a compassionate professional board-certified in family medicine and bariatric medicine in the state of Ohio. He has served the Vandalia area for over 24 years.
Dr. Gebhart has expertise in Migraine headaches, Clinical Psychiatry and General Family Medicine. He is originally from Dayton, Ohio and has practiced in the greater Dayton area since 1995.
Dr. Gebhart is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Western University Medical School, and interned at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton. Dr. Gebhart is board certified in family medicine and bariatric medicine. He has served as a Clinical Professor at Ohio University Medical School and Kettering School of Medical Arts.

Ron Terrell
Ron Terrell, MSPAC, is a graduate of Kettering College of Medical Arts, where he completed his studies with honors. He went on to earn his master’s degree from the University of Nebraska and trained under Dr. G in the early 2000s.
Ron is known for being personable, compassionate, and deeply committed to patient care. He brings a warm, approachable presence to his work and genuinely enjoys connecting with those he serves.
Outside of his professional life, Ron enjoys bass fishing, a great steak, and spending quality time with his son and granddaughter. He is also actively involved in his local church and men’s groups, reflecting his strong dedication to faith, family, and community.
